General Information

"Tomsk Agency for Investment Promotion" (TAIP), LLC was founded in June, 2007.

The company won the open contest for attracting investments to Tomsk Oblast in 2007-2010.

The aim of the agency is to develop strategic collaboration with potential investors for the investment projects realization in Tomsk Oblast.

According to the aims and objectives of the Tomsk Oblast Development Strategy till 2020 and the Oblast Program of Social and Economic Development for 2006-2010 the Agency focuses on the following:

• Targeted work with investors on the “one stop shop” principle.
• Participation in investment arrangements in Russia and abroad and organization of such events in Tomsk Oblast.
• Analytical support of investment activity with practical recommendations for improving investment attractiveness of priority domains of the regional economy.
• Work on monitoring of the investment projects in the region, including selection of potential investors and partners in Tomsk Oblast.
• Advisory help and support of the investment projects, search for business suggestions for organizations of Tomsk Oblast and representatives of municipal establishments.
