13.01.2011The Chinese doctors came to Tomsk on the invitation of the Department of International and Regional Relations of the Tomsk Oblast Administration and the Health Care Department of Tomsk Oblast to conduct training sessions for the neurologists of the Tomsk Oblast Children's Hospital on cerebral palsy treatment methods using traditional Chinese medicine techniques such as acupuncture and herbal medicine.
