Diapazon Finservice and Tomsk Region Committee for Science and Innovation Policy compiled Tomsk Region rating of manufacturing companies for 2010

The companies were evaluated on the basis of their balance sheets and statistical reports on innovations. Performance of each company was evaluated under 18 criteria. Taking part in the study was voluntary.
The rating of innovative companies is compiled annually starting from 2004. Among the leaders are Micran, Polus, Tomsk Electronic Company, EleSi, Semiconductor Research Institute, Tomskneftekhim, Tomsk Electromechanical Plant, ArtLife.
