Assessment companies
More than 40 organizations and private entrepreneurs do the assessment work. For half of these companies this work is their main business.
Companies give wide range of services on assessment of estate objects, equipment, transport business, securities, non-material assets, do the main funds reassessment, make up business-plans of the investment projects, etc.
Some Tomsk companies have their branches outside the Oblast, in Moscow inclusive.
Some companies have foreign consultants. Their employees get practical training and internships abroad in the field of real estate assessment and its basics.
The companies are part of self-regulated organizations of appraisers:
- All-Russia public organization “Russian society of appraisers”
- Russian board of appraisers.
- Non-commercial Partnership “Self-regulated Cross-regional association of appraisers”
Non-commercial Partnership “Union of Tomsk appraisers for professional activity’s realization” (22 companies) is a member of a self-regulated organization Non-commercial Partnership “Siberian Cross-regional Chamber of appraisers”.
