August 30-31, a delegation of the Ulsan Technopark, South Korea, led by the president Dong-sik Shin made a visit to Tomsk.

The delegation visited the Tomsk SEZ, Tomsk State and Polytechnic Universities and the Student Business Incubator of the Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics. The visits resulted in the signing of memorandums of understanding between the Ulsan Technopark and the Tomsk SEZ, Tomsk State University and Tomsk Polytechnic University. The Korean delegation also invited the representatives of Tomsk universities, research organizations, and innovative companies to present their developments at the high technology workshop at the Ulsan Technopark in April 2012.
