He met with the Governor of Tomsk Region and visited the Tomsk State University, the Tomsk Polytechnic University, and the Tomsk SEZ. The Algerian Ambassador had a tour of a number of the innovative firms of Tomsk (SIAM, EleSi, Elecard). On the Ambassador's special request, a visit to LPK Partner Tomsk was organized.
