The Chinese doctors came to Tomsk on the invitation of the Department of International and Regional Relations of the Tomsk Region Administration and the Health Care Department of Tomsk Region to conduct training sessions for the neurologists of the Tomsk Region Children's Hospital on cerebral palsy treatment methods using traditional Chinese medicine techniques such as acupuncture and herbal medicine.
