May 31-June 1. Visit of Changzhou delegation (Jiangsu, China)

The delegation met with Tomsk City government and visited the Tomsk SEZ. The parties confirmed their intentions to conclude a twin-city agreement between Tomsk and Changzhou in 2012 and agreed in principal on guest performances of the Chinese theatre company in Tomsk.
