Visit of the Tomsk Region delegation to Beijing and Nanjing (China)

Visit of the Tomsk Region delegation to study the Chinese experience in the construction of sports facilities in Beijing and Nanjing. China made a presentation on their experience in the management of such social facilities without any support from the government. The delegation also held negotiations with the engineering and construction companies in Nanjing and Beijing.
