Industrial output of Tomsk Region grew 4% in the first half-year 2012

According to the Tomsk Office of the Russian Federal Statistics Service, industrial output of Tomsk Region grew 4% in the first half-year 2012 versus the same period in 2011.
Mining output grew 6.3%, energy, gas, and water production grew 11%.
At the same time, the output of processing facilities decreased 1.9%.
The agricultural sector produced 6.6bn rubles worth goods which is 10.2% more than over the first six months of 2011.
Preliminary estimates have shown that average real income per capita grew 3.7%.
Retail turnover grew 5.5% and totaled 49.3m rubles.
Housing commissioning volumes grew 13.7% and totaled 183,900 sqm.
