The company MOJE Keramik-Implantate has announced about the launch of production of implants, certified according to European standards in October 2013

On 18 October 2013 the company MOJE Keramik-Implantate, LLC will launch production of orthopedic, dental and neurosurgical implants certified according to European standards in a new scientific innovation center in the southern area of the SEZ.

Considering the company’s export orientation the leading specialists and experts from Germany, Italy, the USA, South Korea and India expressed their readiness to take part in the opening ceremony and proposed a partnership in the development of the project.

Nowadays the company’s specialists are undergoing skills training in Germany to work on new equipment, carrying out its acceptance, preparing its transportation to Russia. Equipment assembly and installation and start-up works are scheduled to begin in September 2013.

Moreover, launch of production will take place in conjunction with the Days of medical technology in Tomsk, scheduled on 17-19 October 2013 by MOJE Keramik-Implantate, LLC in partnership with the Siberian state medical university on the basis of a new scientific and educational clinic of Orthopedics. Advanced methods of treatment and endoprosthetics of wrist, foot joints and related joints, cell technologies and robotic surgery techniques will be presented during these Days of medical technology.

The agreement between the resident of the SEZ MOJE Keramik-Implantate, LLC and the German company MOJE Keramik-Implantate GmbH&Co to establish a full-cycle plant producing orthopedic, dental and neurosurgical implants by using nanostructured zirconium oxide ceramics on the territory of the Tomsk Special Economic Zone was signed on 23 May 2013 during the solemn opening ceremony of the scientific innovation center.
