22.08.2013

The companies Lama, Tomskkabel, Novokhim, Beta, StekloEkspert-Sibir and Fortis Group at a meeting with the Deputy Governor for investment policy and property relations, Yury Gurdin confirmed their intention to place production on the territory of the Tomsk Industrial Park. 12 enterprises have submitted preliminary applications to place production in the industrial park.

Land planning is currently being carried out by the general contractor CJSC Gazservis on both sites of the industrial park – Berezovaya and Northern. We shall remind that this year 300 million roubles will be allocated from the regional and federal budgets for its construction, which will go to connect the place with engineering networks, to lay service lines and to carry out preliminary road works.

Information on cost of service and costs associated with the construction and operation of infrastructure, including the rent amount will be prepared by October, so that the potential residents could complete the development of business plans.

The Vice-Governor Yury Gurdin underlined that conditions will be the most advantageous – free technological connections, the rent amounts are less than the average in the regional center. “Everything should be ready by January 2014, so that the residents could start manufacturing engineering”, the Vice-Governor noted.

The heads of the business companies concerned the possibility of subsequent buyout of land plots and organization of transport accessibility of production sites. As it was stated by the Vice-Governor, Yury Gurdin interests of the residents will be taken into account during preparation of a regional law on industrial parks. It is planned to introduce a draft bill to the regional parliament in the autumn.
