In the Tomsk region will create a road map of improvement of investment climate

Deputy Governor of Tomsk oblast for economy Andrey Antonov presented approaches to creating a roadmap to improve the position of the region in the National rating of investment climate in Russian regions within the training program in the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in Moscow.

The program, which was also attended by the deputy governor of the construction and infrastructure Igor Shaturny, head of the Investments Department Aleksander Fedchenko, head of the department of industry and enterprise development Nikolay Glebovich, head of the department of energy Mikhail Medvedev, was devoted to discussion the best practices revealed in the pilot approbation of the National rating of investment climate in Russian regions.

"By results of the pilot approbation of the National rating the Tomsk region wins first place in terms of "connection to power supply networks", as well as one of the four leaders in quality of regional legislation on support of investors and financial support of small business", - said Andrey Antonov.

At the final meeting deputy governor of Tomsk oblast for economy presented approaches for application of the best practices, which will be considered in the formation of a regional road map. Head of Tomsk oblast Investments department Aleksander Fedchenko submitted the report on the practical application and improvement in region's investment legislation.

Regions of the Russian Federation have to present the created road maps to Agency of strategic initiatives for an expert review.
