Exclusive economic zone development strategy for 2025-2029 approved

At the final board of directors of the Exlusive Economic Zone this year the development strategy for 2025-2029 and the investment plan for construction of infrastructure facilities for the next year were approved.

The main areas of work of MC EEZ ‘Tomsk’ for 2025:

continuing the construction of the Engineering Centre, including laboratory and administrative buildings;

Reconstruction of the customs infrastructure vehicle checkpoint at the Southern site to convert it into a production building. This will make it possible to lease more than 1 thousand square metres of production space to residents;

- in Q2 2025, the construction of two production buildings at the Southern site with a total area of 2,800 m2 will begin.

 It is planned to attract at least 5 new high-tech residents.
