AMEKHIM company is a new resident of the Tomsk SEZ

AMECHIM, a project of the AMEDART Group, one of Russia's top ten leaders in the development, registration, and production of essential medicines for treating oncology, diabetes, and HIV, encompasses the entire manufacturing process, from creating active pharmaceutical ingredients to producing finished dosage forms that adhere to international Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) quality standards. The project will be implemented in two phases.

Phase one involves establishing the production of active ingredients on the premises of the Tomsk SEZ over an area of 2.24 square kilometers.

In phase two, a factory will be built to produce finished dosage forms. Initial investment will exceed 2 billion rubles.

The construction of modern production facilities will enable us to accomplish a number of objectives, including achieving the aims of the national health technologies project – addressing serious illnesses, enhancing people's quality of life, and extending the duration of active and fulfilling lives.

This project will establish a groundbreaking high-tech industry in the Tomsk region, aiming to bolster Russia's medical sovereignty. By combining the scientific capabilities of Tomsk universities, the investment potential of the region, and our expertise in developing innovative medical products, we will establish a modern pharmaceutical hub in the area. This will provide an impetus for the development of related sectors and the establishment of a resilient ecosystem for training highly skilled personnel.
