11.09.2025

In his opening remarks, Governor Mazur noted that the week in the Tomsk region was full of organizational events aimed at developing the federal industrial cluster for electronics and unmanned technologies. This cluster was established on August 29th by order of Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov, with the support of the Federation Council. One of the key features of this cluster is the opportunity for industrial and technological collaboration between scientists, manufacturers, small businesses, and large industry partners.

This week, the regional head recalled that the participants of the cluster, led by Olga Uskova, the CEO of Cognitive Pilot, evaluated the possibilities of implementing artificial intelligence in finished products and discussed the main areas of government support with Sergey Morozov, deputy chairman of the State Duma committee.

Today, the focus is on the prospects for joint use of ground-based and aerial platforms in the field of unmanned aerial systems. Our BAS NPC, the largest in the Urals and created under the national "Unmanned Aerial Systems" project, has made significant progress in this area, and the Ural Automotive Plant is prepared to act as a partner in the scientific and production center.

The Scientific and Production Center (NPC), Tomsk State University (TSU), and the Ural Automobile Plant (UAP) have entered into a strategic partnership. The agreement was signed on behalf of the NPC by Denis Melikov, the Director of the BAS; on behalf of TSU, by Alexander Zamyatin, the Director of the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science; and on behalf of UAP, by Taras Shevchenko, the Deputy General Director.
