To date, 53 companies are residents of the SEZ, and last year, the amount of taxes paid by these residents to the budget of the Tomsk Region increased by 99.79% (456.69 million rubles), compared to 2019, and taxes paid to the federal budget increased by 80.64% (732.33 million rubles). Investments by residents in 2020 exceeded 2.5 billion rubles.

Yuri Drozdov informed the audience about the development opportunities available to residents. On the part of the management company, there are tax and customs incentives, reduced rental rates for premises and land, as well as service services, including legal assistance, chatbot support, and a unified press office.

The Director General also spoke about the ongoing construction on the southern site of the SEZ.

In 2026, the construction of two additional modular buildings with a combined total area of 3,000 square meters will commence for the benefit of residents. By 2030, a further six such structures will have been completed.

At present, the reconstruction of an abandoned structure with a total floor area of 1,534 square meters that remained after the closure of a customs post on the SEZ site is underway (the project is 90% complete). This facility will be a pre-fabricated industrial building housing office and domestic spaces.

Additionally, the administrative headquarters of the engineering center with a floor space of 7,000 square meters is in the process of construction, with completion scheduled for 2026. To date, the project is 50% complete.

Within the SEZ territory, a chemical cluster is emerging, comprising enterprises producing low-volume chemicals for use in the oil and gas, energy, healthcare, and agriculture industries. These sites have been fully equipped with the required resources to accommodate future industrial enterprises.
