“Mramornaya Ferma” (Marble Farm) for 2.6 thousand of Heads is Opened in Pervomaysky District

The agroholding “Tomskiy” opened “Berezovskaya Ferma” after its reconstruction in Pervomaisky district of Tomsk region. It is planned the entity will produce 205 tons of beef annually by 2020 and the volume of tribal sales will be 380 heads of heifers of Herefords.

 “Mramornaya Ferma” (Marble Farm) is the basis of meat cluster development of East zone of the Tomsk region, said Tomsk region Governor Sergey Zhvachkin on the opening ceremony of the farm. Currently there are 1.5 thousand heads and total number of Herefords will be almost 2.6 thousands by 2020, where 1 thousand of them is the breeding stock.  

 Total volume of investment in the farm is 185 million rubles: 54 million rubles for the breeding stock, 115 million rubles for the farm construction, 5 million rubles for the purchase of equipment and 11 million rubles for the purchase of technical devices. In short time, 15 facilities for the farm work were constructed by builders. Also there a food reserved  was developed and a veterinary station was tooled.
