Regional Center of Export Support of Tomsk Included in the Top Ten in Russia

Regional center of export support of Tomsk include in top ten of ranking formed by Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation and Russian Export Center in the 2017.

In total, the ranking included 50 regional export centers, which received a federal funding in 2017. Their activity were evaluated in 10 parameters such as coverage of export support in the region, number of “success stories” and new export companies, geography and volume of exports and others criteria.

The Tomsk center scored 174 points and took  10 place in the ranking. Also in top ten had included centers from Sverdlovsk region, Stavropol region, republic of Tatarstan, republic of Udmurtia, Yaroslavl region, Primorsk region, Novosibirsk region, Nizhny Novgorod region, Moscow region, Saratov region and Krasnoyarsk region.

 “Regional Center of Export Support of Tomsk is one of the effective elements of support infrastructure of entrepreneurship. In the Tomsk center the support was provided for more than 470 export-oriented enterprises of the region, 120 export contracts were concluded, more than 20 international business missions and other events were organized”, said deputy governor of Tomsk region for economic Andrey Antonov.
