Two Tomsk Companies Receive State Support

Coordination Council for the Investment Activity Support and Provision of Public Guarantees chaired by Tomsk Region Deputy Governor for Investment Policy and Property Relations Yuriy Gudin took a decision to provide state support as follows:

- additional tax concessions for company property tax and company profit taxes credited to regional budgets in regard to investment project "Construction and commissioning of the 2nd reagent production line – installation "KBR-50" implemented by OOO NPO ReaSib;

- Subsidies to compensate expenses on production, sale of goods, works and services within the implementation of investment project "Development of the modern medical clinic – prof. Zapuskalov clinic implemented by OOO Grand Retina.

OOO NPO ReaSib is a resident of industrial park "Tomsk" and a special economic zone of technology and innovation type "Tomsk". Within the implementation of the project "Construction and commissioning of the 2nd reagent production line – installation "КBR-50", the installation for production of low-viscosity base oil was constructed.

The installation "КBR-50" was developed with new high-efficient industrial rectifying technology. Drill muds made with that hydrocarbon base can be used for coring, at that they are peculiar for low water loss and compostability. 10 new high duty jobs will be created to provide maintenance of the installation "КBR-50".

The investment project "Development of the modern medical clinic – prof. Zapuskalov clinic" is aimed to modernization of material and technical resources of OOO "Grand Retina". The medical technologies of prof. Zapuskalov clinic meet the standards of equipment, diagnosis and treatment. The clinic has facilities to provide medical assistance with modern diagnostic and therapeutic equipment according to the latest scientific developments.

With the project, the company acquired a set of expensive ophthalmic equipment that allows to perform highly precise early detection and high-tech surgeries for people.
