State support is provided within the framework of the implementation of the federal project “Industrial Export” of the national project “International Cooperation and Export” and is rendered in order to increase the export volume of competitive industrial products.
According to Sergey Markelov, Head of the Industry and Energy Department of the Tomsk Region Administration, the Russian government adopted a resolution approving the procedure for granting subsidies from the federal budget and defining a single list of organizations implementing corporate competitiveness programs. Enterprises of engineering, pharmaceutical, chemical, food industry, timber industry, automotive and others will be eligible to receive subsidies. Support will be provided in the form of subsidizing interest rates on commercial loans for the implementation of investment programs for creating high-tech export-oriented industries, as well as for financing export credits.
“For inclusion in a single list of organizations implementing corporate programs, the most efficient enterprises will be selected based on their export potential and the amount of funding required. Enterprises that have entered into agreements on the implementation of corporate programs will be able to compensate for the interest rate on export credits,” said Sergey Markelov.
