Israeli businessmen Marat Kapelyushnik (from Astelion) and Bentsi Ben-Atar (from Web-Silicon) came to Tomsk on a business visit to study the research and educational potential of Tomsk, its technological development (primarily in ICT), existing opportunities for high technology business (infrastructure development levels), and openness of the region (its public and private structures) to foreign partners.
