January 25-28, representatives of the economic section of the Embassy of Canada to Russia John Roxburgh and Clinton Martin visited Tomsk.

The Canadians are particularly interested in "green" industrial facilities and developments of Tomsk Region which reduce human impact on the environment. They visited Tomsk's leading IT companies, met with the commercialization experts from Tomsk Akademgorodok and took a tour of the Tomsk Special Economic Zone.
