The Ambassador held a ceremonial meeting with the Governor and visited the Tomsk State University and the Siberian Botanical Garden. The parties discussed the prospects of cooperation in education and culture. At the Tomsk State University the Ambassador opened an exposition dedicated to the history of the Mexican Revolution.
