Sergey Zhvachkin, the Governor, will make a report at "Open Innovations Forum"

Sergey Zhvachkin, the Governor of Tomsk region, will make a report at "Open Innovations Forum" to be opened on October, 14 in Moscow Technopolice.

Head of the region will take part in governors' session "Technological priorities of regions and international cooperation" where he will tell about promoting the innovations in Tomsk region.

Discussion of demand for innovation products will be attended by Oleg Fomichev, Deputy Minister of RF Economic Development, Anatoli Chubais, Chairperson of "Rosnano" BOD, Sergey Polyakov, Director General of the Fund for promoting the development of small-scale companies in the scientific and technical sphere, Rustam Minnikhanov, Chairman of the Soviet of Association of innovation regions of Russia, President of Tatarstan, heads of a number of regions and of leading business-companies.

Andrey Antonov, Vice-Governor on Economy and Mikhail Sonkin, Vice-Governor on Scientific and Educational complex and innovation policy, heads of Tomsk universities and leading science-intensive companies of the region will participate in the "Open Innovations" forum in the capital.

The program of Tomsk delegation suggests participation in round-table discussions, at the meeting and in negotiations on cooperation in the field of innovations. A general agreement on foundation of consortium for creation and use of grouped small robotized spacecrafts will be signed at "Open Innovations" Forum.

"Open Innovations" Forum on October 14-16 is held under aegis of RF Ministry of Economic Development, Moscow Government, "Rosnano" Company, "Russian Venture Company", "Skolkovo" Fund, Vneshekonombank, Fund for promoting the development of small-scale companies in the scientific and technical sphere, Agency of Strategic Initiatives, and RF Chamber of Commerce.
