Tomsk Governor acknowledged as “strongly efficient” by experts

Nezavisimaya Gazeta newspaper published a rating «Best Russian Lobbyists-July 2011." In the category «Lobbyists — Regional Leaders» Tomsk Region Governor Viktor Kress was given a «strongly efficient» evaluation by the Russian Economic News Agency.

Before February 2011, he was evaluated by the experts as «medium-efficient." His ascension to the «strongly efficient» group of governors started in March 2011, when Prime Minister Vladimir Putin presided at a conference «Perfecting Instruments for Innovative Development in the Regions» held in Tomsk. Currently, Viktor Kress is in TOP-25 of regional leaders-lobbyists at the 16th position.
