Tomsk spends 3 million rubles on the municipal innovation program

Tomsk approved the municipal innovation program for 2011 on which the city will spend 3m rubles from the budget.

Funding will be provided for the winners of three contests: «Support for Business Ideas, Inventions, and Projects by Students, Postgraduates, Young Scientists, and Managers», including the winners of the federal program U.M.N.I.K («Participant of Youth Research and Innovations Contests»), «Successful Start», and «Tomsk — Center of Innovations».
