Elecard, Tomsk, to open an office in Vietnam

Elecard, a Tomsk company, announced expansion into South-East Asia and opening a representative office in Vietnam. The new office will support the existing customers and partners, facilitate business contacts with foreign companies, and market Elecard’s products in Asian markets.

The company’s representative office in Vietnam will work with the local system integrators and operators across South-East Asia, provide technical support, and market the company’s proprietary products and technologies. Elecard’s experts will share their experience and knowledge with their Vietnamese counterparts at training and consultation sessions organized to promote the company’s technologies in Asia and provide technical support to numerous local customers.

“This representative office in South-East Asia opens up new vistas not only for our company but also for our Asian partners who will be able to implement cutting-edge technologies in their projects. Opening of the regional office will be timed to the trade and economic mission to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam when the representatives of Elecard and other innovative small and medium businesses in IT, precision instruments, pharmaceutical industry, and biotechnologies visit Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh to establish partnerships with the Vietnamese companies. The mission is scheduled for October 15-21, 2011. The formal opening of the office is planned for October 18. It will be attended by representatives of Tomsk companies, Elecard’s Russian and Vietnamese partners, and a group of high-ranking officials of Vietnam led by the deputy governor of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.
