Governor meets RF Presidential Envoy in the Duma

The governor Sergey Zhvachkin has met with Garry Minkh, RF Presidential Envoy in the federal assembly. The graduate and professor of law in the Tomsk national university during the 80s, Garry Minkh is visiting Tomsk.

Sergey Zhvachkin and Garry Minkh have discussed the perspectives of regional legislative initiatives. “The participation of Federation constituents in forming federal legislative agenda is of great importance for the development of parlamentarism institute”, said Garry Minkh during the meeting.

Presidential Envoy congratulated the governor on TNU and TPU universities being in the list of top-15 Russian universities, saying that this victory belongs not only to alma mater and regional authorities, but to all region residents.

Tomsk governor introduced Garry Minkh to the new perspectives, associated with “Tomsk waterfront” project, the construction of interuniversity campus,  development of gas infrastructure and creation of new Rosatom productions in the city of Seversk.
