Innovation Company “Microsplav” Will Introduce Its Equipment in India

13.11.2013

“Microsplav” deals with production of equipment based on pulse electron beams and development of technologies on their basis for solving production tasks enterprises face.

In particular, the company produces pulse electron-beam installations “RITM-SP” for finishing surfaces of metal materials and formation of surface alloys.

A distinctive feature of the electron-beam installation is that it enables treating material without mechanical impact. The surface layer of the treated item gets nanocrystal structure. It has lower surface roughness, high corrosion resistance and electric strength of vacuum insulation. The company’s equipment forms surface alloys – metal surfaces of a new type, which are not only applied on the surface of the item but melted in it with the electron beam, which provides a very high level of adherence of coating with the material itself. The thickness of such coatings can vary from tenths to tens of microns. The treatment of the product is carried out in a single vacuum cycle.

Implementation fields of equipment and technologies are finishing compression molds, dental prostheses, electrodes of vacuum high-voltage devices, electromagnetic structures for electronics, etc.
