ASI shall evaluate the effectiveness of measures of improvement the investment climate in Russia

The autonomous non-profit organization “Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects” (ASI) is conducting a survey of the business community about the effectiveness of the implementation of action plans ("road maps"), aimed at improving the investment climate in the Russian Federation.

The survey will run until March 5, 2015. For its carrying out there are prepared online electronic questionnaires by the following areas of road maps:

-  Enhancing the availability of the energy infrastructure

-  Development of competition and improvement of antimonopoly policy

-  Supporting access to foreign markets and supporting export

-  Improving customs administration

-  Optimization of property registration procedure

-  Expanding of medium business access to procurement of infrastructure monopolies and publicly owned companies

-  Optimization of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registration procedures

-  Improving of business regulatory environment quality

-  Improving urban planning legal regulation and business climate in the construction industry

The survey is strictly anonymous. Its results will be generalized and posted in the public domain. Analytical summary materials will be handed over to the Russian Federation Government and used in order to improve the current economic situation.
