Tomsk region will support the investment project on the development of "difficult" oil

The Gazpromneft-Vostok company began development of four fields in the South Pudinsky license area where the innovative technologies are used in drilling wells and extracting "difficult" oil. The volume of the capital investments in the project will amount to 5.6 billion rubles, the tax revenues to the regional budget - more than 280 million rubles. More than one hundred working places will be created.

"The government support in the form of the tax exemptions for property, put into service in the framework of the investment project, are provided to the company under the agreement of the Administration of the Tomsk region with the company "Gazprom Neft" company and the pilot project in the field of the hydrocarbon reserves difficult to recover," - said the vice-governor Andrey Antonov.

The companies "Cryogenmash-Gas" and "Transneft - Central Siberia" which provided the counsel with the updated investment programs will further be receiving the region support in the form of the tax incentives.

Cryogenmash-Gas LLC is implementing a project to create a plant for the production of industrial gases, which will close the demand of the enterprises in field of this production. The cost of the project is more than 1 billion rubles, the amount of tax revenues is more than 315 million rubles, 56 high-performance workplaces are planned to be created. JSC "Transneft - Central Siberia" is building a pumping station, which will allow increasing the volume of oil transportation on the main oil pipeline Alexandrovskoye - Anzhero-Sudzhensk up to 53 million tons per year. The implementation of the project worth 3 billion rubles will provide more than 40 new jobs and about 515 million rubles of revenues to the regional budget.

In July 2016 at the Petersburg International Economic Forum, the governor of Tomsk region Sergey Zhvachkin and the director general of JSC "Gazprom Neft" Alexander Dyukov signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of the hydrocarbon reserves difficult to recover. Earlier, in March 2014, Sergei Zhvachkin and the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the FR Sergei Donskoi signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of Geology and Subsoil Use, according to which a testing ground was created in the Tomsk region for the development of the newest technologies of searching, surveying and development of non-traditional sources of raw hydrocarbons.
