Construction of Sports Center Started on the Territory of the OEZ Tomsk

An investor has obtained a permission and has begun to construct the sports center on 1 Ha land plot on the territory of Special economic zone Tomsk.

The sports center will consist a fitness center (fitness facility, hall for group activities, changing rooms, café), and also 4 covered mini playing field. Planned amount of investment is about 52 million of rubles. An area of the fitness center - 1150 sq. m. The total area of sport fields is 2000 sq. m. Planned period of end of construction – the 4 quarter of 2017.

The investor (Tennisniy club LLC) is planned to equip tennis courts, fitness zone, hall for group activities, field for mini football, volleyball, basketball with the modern equipment and to recruit a leading train staff in that areas. The new center will be open for Tomsk SEZ residents and other people.

Also on this territory, the investor planned to construct an Ice rink with the square 26*56 m.
