Tomsk Region and Gazprombank Signed Agreements on the Implementation of Public-Private Partnership projects in the social and transport areas

Within the framework of the visiting session of Gazprombank's management in Tomsk, the head of the region Sergey Zhvachkin and the head of the bank  Andrei Akimov signed a number of agreements on cooperation using public-private partnership mechanisms.

 The regional authorities and Gazprombank consider the possibility of building seven secondary schools in Tomsk and different Tomsk districts. Investments in the project are estimated at 4.7 billion rubles. The regional authorities intend to build schools in 2018-2020 period, and to pay for the public-private partnership program in 2021-2026.

The second agreement is on the construction of the Tomsk-Taiga motor road. Also, this document was signed by the first deputy governor of the Kemerovo region Vladimir Chernov.

According to preliminary calculations, the project of construction of the Tomsk-Taiga motor road is estimated about 7 billion rubles. 4 billion of them are supposed to be invested by the concessionaire, the other 3 billion by the regions in accordance with the size of road sections in the territories, where construction will be conducted.
