Rankings of Tomsk Region Are Confirmed at the «ВВ-» Level

International rating agency S&P Global Ratings have confirmed ratings of Tomsk region at the «ВВ-» level, a forecast at ratings is stable.

Ratings of S&P Global Ratings are an independent and objective assessment of the ability and willingness of the Tomsk region administration to fulfill its financial obligations, said Deputy Governor – head of the Finance Department of Tomsk region Alexander Fedenev.
