“Complex cadastral work will resolve the uncertainty with boundaries of land and the location of capital construction objects, creating many problems for the development of the real estate market and taxation,” said Deputy Governor of the Tomsk region on investment policy and property relations Yuri Gurdin. “First of all, these works must be performed in the areas where gasification of settlements is planned.”

To carry out complex cadastral work within the priority quarters, it is necessary about 940 million rubles. In addition, the preparation of a cartographic basis, documentation for planning and surveying the territory will be required.
