The Project “National Certification System” is Being Implemented in Tomsk Oblast

Within the framework of the project, manufacturers of the region are able to confirm additionally the quality of the products.

According to the Deputy Governor of Tomsk Oblast on Industrial Policy Igor Shaturny, the project "National Certification System" is aimed at improving the competitiveness of our products in the Russian and international markets. It is designed to ensure product quality and its compliance with state standards.

Product testing is carried out in accredited laboratories. Then the goods are marked with a special sign and entered into the register, which is available to all consumers on the Rosstandard website.

In Tomsk, several manufacturers of food products have already passed voluntary certification. “Participation in the project is another step towards increasing the level of trust in the quality and safety of Tomsk products,” said Igor Shaturny.
