On the 4th of February, the Tomsk Region governor, Sergei Zhvachkin, and Russian Federation Deputy Prosecutor General, Dmitiry Demeshin, who was on a working visit in the region, conducted a meeting with the residents of the special economic zone of technology and innovation type in Tomsk.
Before beginning the meeting, the head of the region and the Deputy Prosecutor General visited the enterprises in the SEZ. The heads of the companies, Stels and Moye, presented high-tech R&D products.
Heads of innovative companies like Moye, Solagift, Stels, GazInformPlast, Murommashzavod, and others took part in the meeting.
The residents talked about the main problems that high technology businesses are concerned with, which are intellectual property protection, fiscal preferences, and the development of infrastructure on the site, which was recently handed over from the federal center to the region.
