Tomsk industrialists continue to co-operate with Gazprom PJSC on import substitution and technological development

The annual meeting on expanding cooperation between Gazprom PJSC and Tomsk region enterprises was dedicated to the implementation of the Roadmap for expanding the use of high-tech products of Tomsk region companies, including import-substituting products, for the benefit of Gazprom PJSC.
The event was held as part of the Tomsk region delegation's visit to St. Petersburg headed by Vasily Potyomkin, Deputy Governor of the Tomsk region for Industry, Investment Policy and Property Relations.
The delegation included representatives of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the Tomsk region, heads and specialists of 14 Tomsk industrial and scientific companies, including Research and Production company Micran, Tomsk Electromechanical Plant (TEMZ), ‘Elesy’, R&D ‘Radar mms’, R&D ‘Free Power, R&D ‘Tomsk Electronic Company’, ‘Oiltim Company’, Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR), etc.
As Vasily Potyomkin, Deputy Governor for Industry, Investment Policy and Property Relations, noted, the successful co-operation of the Tomsk region with the energy company has been going on for ten years. During this period, two long-term contracts for the supply of Mikran and TEMZ equipment to the facilities of the Power of Siberia gas pipeline have been implemented.
Last year, machine-building enterprises retained a high industrial potential for the production of import-substituting products. Thus, according to the results of work in 2024, the production of electronics increased by 20%, machinery and equipment - 14%.
