Sibkabel developed its 2011 investment program

Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (UMMC) will invest over 200m rubles in renovation, reconstruction, and modernization of ZAO Sibkabel (Tomsk), company of UMMC electric engineering complex, and in construction of a new rubber manufacturing plant. Construction of a new rubber manufacturing plant will be started under the investment program. The new manufacturing facility will fully comply with the latest European environmental standards. Currently the company is selecting an engineering contractor. The construction works will start in spring 2011. The project’s life is 3 years.
