Tomsk Region is among Russian leaders for e-government implementation

Tomsk Region is the second in the Siberian Federal District and shares the 11th-12th position with Karelia Republic on the national scale, according to the national e-government implementation rating.
Tatarstan remained on top of the list throughout the year.

The rating was compiled by the Applied Economics Center for Gosmanagement e-magazine.
