Tomsk Region participated in the 9th Russia-Kazakhstan Cross-Regional Cooperation Forum where Tomsk Region presented its innovative inventions at the exposition "Cross-Regional Initiatives in Innovations and Industrial Cooperation of Kazakhstan and Russia". The Governor of Tomsk Region and Akim of Pavlodar Region of Kazakhstan signed a memorandum of cooperation between Tomsk and Pavlodar regions.
