A delegation from Nancy, France, visited Tomsk. Representatives of Nancy Administration, Big Nancy Agglomeration and public and medical organizations of Nancy met with the Tomsk Administration and visited Tomsk universities. The parties also elaborated in detail the prospective agreement between the cities.
