Mass media accreditation for plenary session of Asian Network of Major Cities

Department of communications policy and public relations of Tomsk region administration announces the start of media accreditation for the participation in the plenary session of Asian Network of Major Cities, that will take place in Tomsk  September 4–6, 2014.

The Tomsk region has entered Asian Network of Major Cities in June 2012. This is the only Russian territory that is a member of ANMC21. At the moment it includes Tokyo, Taipei, Manila, Jakarta, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Yangon, Hanoi, Seoul, Ulan Bator, Delhi and Tomsk.
