Consolidated budget of Tomsk Region likely to total 50 billion rubles in 2011

«The consolidated budget of Tomsk Region is likely to total 50 billion rubles in 2011," reported First Deputy Governor of Tomsk Region Oksana Kozlovskaya. «In 2010, the consolidated Region budget totaled about 43 billion rubles.»

Unearned revenue (tax and non-tax) collected in the region will amount to 36 billion rubles. Profit tax in the oil and gas industry is expected to provide a major increment. In the fourth quarter 2011, salary increases in the public sector will provide incremental amounts of individual income tax.

Finally, in 2011, the region is expecting to obtain around 14 billion rubles from the federal budget.
