US company to promote innovations by Tomsk State University

The National Research Tomsk State University signed a cooperation agreement with PHLburg Technologies, USA, for overseas promotion of the University's innovations.

PHLburg Technologies will not only promote applied research projects developed by the University but also analyze demand in the world markets and place orders for high tech innovations for foreign industrial producers.

The University will interact with their US partner online.

Background

The Tomsk State University was founded in 1878 as the Emperor's Siberian University by an imperial decree of Tsar Alexander II. In 1998, the University was included in the national cultural heritage register of Russia. In April 2010, the University was granted the status of the National Research University.

PHLburg Technologies is an internationally recognized technology commercialization company. It represents multinational companies by searching for and identifying novel technology and centers of scientific excellence that satisfy their specific needs.
