SEZ resident Stels to build an administrative and production complex by the end of 2012

Stels will have built its own administrative and production complex in the Tomsk SEZ by the end of 2012.

The 3,600 sqm building has a hi-tech design which blends in the general architectural concept of the Southern Site. According to the development plan, from a bird's eye view the SEZ Site will look like a green carpet with scattered rock crystals – modern buildings made of steel and glass – sparkling in the sun rays. The effect is achieved by means of innovative design solutions and structural glazing of the facades.
