2012 spending on innovations and investments increased by 165m rubles

The Tomsk Region Duma deputies passed amendments to the Law "On Region budget expenditure to support investment and innovation activity in Tomsk Region in 2012" which increase spending on innovations and investments by 165.4m rubles.

In 2012, total spending on the investment and innovation-related activity will amount to 2.5bn rubles.

The deputies of the Legislative Duma of Tomsk Region discussed and adopted amendments to the Region Law "On the Region budget for 2012 and the planning period of 2013 and 2014". In the new version of the budget the total expenditures and revenues of the 2012 budget were increased by 274.8m rubles through allocations from the Fund for Assistance to Housing and Public Utilities Reform.

The revenues of the amended 2012 budget now total 36.6bn rubles, including tax and non-tax revenues 30.5bn rubles; non-repayable receipts 6.1bn rubles; and expenditures 36.6bn rubles.
