“Tomsk Innovative Brands-2013” Competition Results Announced

The competition commission has chosen five innovative products which will receive the support of the regional administration in the field of marketing, branding and promotion, and announced three companies to receive the status “Tomsk Innovative Brand” in 2013.

The five products to receive the set of subsidy services on promotion and branding were the following: air plasma cutting installation “Sibir” (“Resurs-Komplekt” Ltd.), a disinfectant for veterinary supervision and prevention of infectious diseases of animals “Dinovis” (CJSC “Aldomed”), science-based devices in the field of medicine and biotechnologies on the basis of modern production of electronics (“Spinor” Ltd.), the “cloud” internet-service for sound design of businesses (“Bubuka” Ltd.), thermostats and cryostats (“Termex” Ltd.).

There will be arranged educational seminars, individual and group consultations for the management and employees of these five companies. The consultants engaged will help them develop strategies for entering the market, prepare promotional materials and represent the company on exhibitions and congresses.

The Tomsk innovative brands in 2013 were the following: cedar milk of “Sava” production company, Elecard CodecWorks Server of CJSC “Elecard Devices” and medical equipment with the use of advanced developments in the field of electronics of extremely high frequencies of “Laboratory of medical electronics” Biotok” Ltd.

The winners of the competition will have the opportunity to participate during 2014 in all exhibitions of the administration of Tomsk Region in the science and education sector, including visiting sessions.

In 2013 the competition “Tomsk Innovative Brands” is arranged by the Department for Science and Innovative Policy of Administration of Tomsk Region for the second time, the operator of the competition is the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University.
