Deputies has adopted the draft law about «tax holidays» for newly registered entrepreneurs

The Legislative Duma of Tomsk Oblast deputies has adopted the draft law of tax benefits for newly registered entrepreneurs in two readings.

«Tax holidays» offered to set up 0 % of tax rate only for newly registered individual entrepreneurs operating in the industrial, scientific and social spheres. One of the terms is using of the simplified taxation system. That preference will operate no more than 2 tax periods.

The draft law provides some additional restrictions for the receipt of benefits. In particular, the average monthly salary per worker should not exceed three times the wage set by federal law (for 2015 is to 17.8 thousand rubles per month). In addition, the number of employees should not exceed 15 people. The amount of income - no more than 6.9 million rubles.

According to preliminary estimates, after the entry into force of this law, the amount of lost revenue to the budget can be up to 10 million rubles. Involvement of individual entrepreneurs into the economy will compensate for the lost income.
